Unique Design of the DL1e Tapered Cone Trim

As a manufacturer that prides itself on superior engineering; we thought it necessary to share the vital role the DL1e trim plays in the overall distribution of light for our DL1e Series Module.

The inner cylinder of our DL1e trim has been strategically designed to allow for a maximum distribution intensity of light without the need for costly reflectors. This results in a beam spread with only ≤ 10 % variance within the 40-degree beam spread area.

This patented and thermally effective trim design uses the trim as the primary heat dissipation route which enables heat rejection to the air under the ceiling. Most other products in the market reject the heat to the inside of the recessed can or to the air above the ceiling.
