Limited Product Warranty

enLux Lighting warrants to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, its delivered products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of shipment.

Purchaser must notify enLux Lighting in writing within 30 days of noticing the defect. This warranty excludes field labor or service charges related to the repair or replacement of the product. enLux Lighting reserves the right to change the warranty period without prior notice and without incurring obligation and expressly disclaim all warranties not stated in this limited warranty.

Five Years (from date of shipment):

  • DL1 Down Light Series
  • DL2 Down Light Series
  • DL2 High Bay Series

enLux Lighting will repair or replace the defective product during the stated warranty period. This warranty applies only to the repair or replacement of the product and only when the product has been properly handled, installed and maintained according to our instructions.

This warranty excludes defects resulting from improper handling, storage, installation, acts of God, fire, vandalism or civil disturbances. This warranty excludes field labor or service charges related to the repair or replacement of the product. enLux Lighting reserves the right to change the warranty period without prior notice and without incurring obligation and expressly disclaim all warranties not stated in this limited warranty.

If the product should fail during this period, simply send an email to “RMA@enluxled.com“. An enLux Lighting representative will promptly respond with an RMA form to be filled out and included in the shipping box with the failed product. The failed product will need to be returned to enLux Lighting for testing. A replacement product will not be sent prior to the failed product being returned to enLux Lighting for testing to determine if the product was defective or improperly used.
